Our Team
Justin Colantonio

Justin is the co-founder of Total Technology Resources. He is responsible for handling all of the day-to-day operations. Prior to starting Total Technology Resources, he attended LaSalle University from which he graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in MIS and Accounting. Justin is also a member of LaSalle University's E-Commerce Institute. During his time at LaSalle, he interned for both the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Police Department. Justin has over 10 years of industry experience. He started off as an entry level tech and went on to become a technical supervisor. In 2007, Justin earned his Microsoft Small Business Specialist Certification. In 2008, Justin is also working as a night professor at a technical college located in philadelphia.
James Smith

Total Technology Resources co-founder Jim Smith, has over seven years of industry experience.  He attended Saint Joseph's University, from which he graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems.  He is responsible for customer support and is in charge of our infrastructure division.  He also has developed some custom applications which has saved our customers hundreds of hours in time and effort.

Steve Sedgwick

As the first employee of Total Technology Resources, Steve Sedgwick has grown to be in charge of residential division.  Prior to joining Total Technology Resources, Steve worked for Ferag in their IT department providing network support to all end users. Since joining TTR Steve has passed his A+ Certification and working towards his MCP

 

William Press
Bill joined the team in fall 2006, becoming TTR's first full-time employee. Over a short period of time he has taken on a small client base of his own and evolvled into a full-time field technician. He is currently in the process of being certified as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist.
Jay Hansen

Total Technology Resources is proud to announce the recent hiring of John "Jay" Hansen. Jay is TTR's first full time sales/marketing associate.   Jay comes from a wireless sales background.  He has a strong expertise in Blackberry and MAC's.  We are excited to have Jay on board and look forward to a long term success from him.
